Structured Training Plans and Individualized Coaching

Ride with us, or on your own schedule!

Inspired training plans can be completed via Zwift or your program of choice. Ride with coaches Kim and Sue during scheduled group training sessions on Zwift, or complete the workouts on your own schedule and in your favorite program (PerfPro, TrainerRoad, Wahoo Fitness, etc.). See our Training Plans page for more details. 


 Consider a 1:1 Coach-led Zwift orientation lesson. Appointment schedule HERE.


We will be leading the training sessions while riding with you and coaching the group through the workouts. The training sessions will be 75-90 minutes on weekdays and 2 hours on the weekend. Each week of training is also built out with movement practices and strength routines. This periodized plan will take you through the base period priorities of aerobic endurance, speed skill with neuromuscular practice, and muscular force as we work on strengthening the pedal stroke.


 

Zwift Training Meet-Ups with ITC Coaches

Tuesday, 5:00-6:30 pm led by Sue
Wednesday, 8:00-9:30 am led by Kim
Thursday, 5:00-6:30 pm led by Sue
Saturday, 8:00-10:00 am led by Kim

Step 1 Set up a TrainingPeaks account.

Step 2 - Purchase the Inspired training plan in our Shop. The plan will then be applied to your TrainingPeaks calendar.

Step 3 - Download Zwift to your computer or iPad, and load the Zwift Companion App on your smartphone or tablet.

Step 4 - Connect with Coaches Sue and Kim. In the companion app, search for: 

"Kim Welk - Team W_ITC_WR4" 

"C oach Sue Lloyd_ITC"

 Step 5 - RSVP to the ITC Meet-Ups you receive from the coaches.

 Step 6 Launch Zwift 15 minutes before the ride and Pair Your Devices 

 Step 7 - Spin your legs nice and easy while you wait for the ride to begin.  

 Step 8 - Access your Workout when you've arrived at the group's meetup.

Our Bronze plan is for the athlete that wants to have monthly data and performance analysis with a coach who builds and adjusts a customized training plan.


Custom Built Training Plans

Looking for that sweet spot between having a full time coach and doing it all yourself?... Great! When you sit down with one of our coaches and build out your calendar or next training block, you get access to our expertise and our workout libraries. Then the training plan is yours to follow, and you're off to the races! *All puns intended*

4-8-12 Week Training Plans

$100 & Up

Ready to have a Coach build your training plan? This service includes a 2-hour consultation meeting during which you and your Inspired Training Coach go through your calendar together to build your plan. Once the plan is built, you are off and riding towards better fitness and results. Purchase one of our plans from our store!


*Please note, this option does not include any ongoing Coach/Athlete relationship or communication. Athletes are in charge of all adjustments, analysis, and review.
