The Inspired plan is for the focused athlete that wants to work closely with a Coach to have a detailed training plan and event/race support.
Looking for that sweet spot between having a full time coach and doing it all yourself?... Great! When you sit down with one of our coaches and build out your calendar or next training block, you get access to our expertise and our workout libraries. Then the training plan is yours to follow, and you're off to the races! *All puns intended*
Ready to have a Coach build your training plan? This service includes a 2-hour consultation meeting during which you and your Inspired Training Coach go through your calendar together to build your plan. Once the plan is built, you are off and riding towards better fitness and results. Purchase one of our plans from our store!
*Please note, this option does not include any ongoing Coach/Athlete relationship or communication. Athletes are in charge of all adjustments, analysis, and review.
Inspired training plans can be completed via Zwift or your program of choice. Complete the workouts on your own schedule and in your favorite program (PerfPro, TrainerRoad, Wahoo Fitness, RGT, etc.). See our Training Plans page for more details.
